This little story contains the encounter between the natural world and the personal world during the summer ascents of the Trentino mountains.
Choosing to photograph in broad daylight is a different way of relating to what surrounds me, of introducing myself to rock, wood, clouds, air. It is a desire to bring the planes of space closer and look each element in the eye until it disappears. As the path winds its way through the landscape, the outlines vanish and the presence of the vital breath that pervades everything is felt more strongly.
Photography then merges with the dynamics of nature and, forgetting itself, looks out the window of the world with a free heart full of wonder and gratitude.
